Returns & Exchanges

At Treasure Keeper, we want you to cherish every find; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return tool to provide your order number and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print our prepaid shipping label, then affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Bring your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
